Shipping & Delivery

C-Tech offers Prepaid shipping options via UPS.   Freight Orders for palletized shipments must be arranged by the customer.  C-Tech will palletize the order and provide logistic support to our customer’s preferred carrier.  All Duties, Taxes, and any extra charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in any shipping costs provided by C-Tech Industries.  If the product is damaged or lost in transit, the consignee must a file claim with the carrier.
