Returns & Replacements

All returns and cancellations must be approved by C-Tech and may or may not be subject to a restocking fee.  All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization form in order to receive credit or be considered for warranty evaluation.  Please contact a C-Tech representative to request a Return Authorization Form.  We are available by phone or fax Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (EST).
