Limited Warranty:
All products sold by C-Tech Industries, LLC (CTI) are warranted by CTI only to the purchasers for resale or for use in business or original equipment manufacture, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year after date of purchase from CTI, unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims must be made in writing within 30 days of failure. All returned items require a Return Authorization number prior to return. Any part, which is determined by CTI to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to CTI shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired, replaced, or refunded at CTI's option.
